Tequila Production, and Distribution

Starting in 2024, Pacifico Group partnered with a renowned tequila distillery known for its excellence in crafting premium tequilas and agave spirits. This collaboration combines the distillery's mastery in production with Pacifico Group's expertise in trade and distribution, creating a powerful synergy in the industry.

Tequila Production Process

  1. Agave Harvesting
    The first step involves selecting and harvesting mature agave plants to ensure the highest quality tequila.
  2. Agave Cooking
    The harvested agave is steamed or baked to break down complex sugars into fermentable ones.
  3. Juice Extraction
    The cooked agave is crushed to extract the sweet juices.
  4. Fermentation
    The extracted juices are fermented in stainless steel tanks to convert sugars into alcohol.
  5. Distillation
    The fermented liquid undergoes distillation to achieve the desired alcohol purity and flavor.
  6. Aging
    The tequila is aged in oak barrels to develop its unique character and smoothness.
